DataRisk has built a team of risk management and insurance specialists whose knowledge and scope of disciplines
are a valuable resource for our client partners. Our staff has more than 85 years of combined experience in senior-level
business and financial management. We are well versed in all aspects of risk management and commercial insurance. In
addition to client-focused risk consulting, we are skilled in negotiating hard to place coverage for difficult exposures.
Mike Daigle, President & Founder
Mr. Daigle has more than 30 years of experience in the risk management, treasury and employee
benefit fields. He is widely recognized throughout the industry for his expertise in merger and
acquisition activity, state-of-the-art executive risk protection, and his creative approach to
developing and negotiating risk management solutions. Mr. Daigle is the former vice president,
risk management and human resources for Fisher Scientific International Inc.
Mr. Daigle’s prior employment included Abex, Inc., Aetna Realty Investors, Inc., Hubbell Incorporated,
and The Hartford Insurance Group. Mr. Daigle received a B.S. degree in accounting from Central Connecticut
State College, and an M.B.A. degree from the University of New Haven.
Mr. Daigle is director and founder of Optima Bank & Trust Company in Portsmouth, NH; director of the
Portsmouth Museum of Fine Arts; and a platinum supporter of the CrossRoads House building fund-raising
campaign. He is also a past director and president of the Connecticut Chapter of the Risk Insurance
Management Society, and of the FM Global Advisory Board.
Anthony H. Andronaco, CFO, Vice President and Account Executive
Mr. Andronaco joined the DataRisk team in October 2006. Mr. Andronaco has more than 17 years of extensive
strategic and financial risk management experience, including at the MENTOR Network, where he directed
the risk and insurance function for the $1B nationwide provider of human services.
Prior to MENTOR, he led the risk and insurance efforts at Fisher Scientific International; Hubbell Incorporated;
Barnes & Noble; and Time Warner.
Mr. Andronaco specializes in operational and executive liability and protection, M&A due diligence, claims and
risk financing.
Mr. Andronaco earned his M.B.A. degree from the University of New Hampshire, graduating Beta Gamma Sigma, and a B.S.
degree from Southern Connecticut State University. Mr. Andronaco holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations and is a member of the Professional Lines Underwriting
Society, the CPCU Society, and Risk & Insurance Management Society.
Rick Woodburn, Vice President and Account Executive
Mr. Woodburn has more than 25 years of risk management, commercial insurance and operational experience. Mr. Woodburn
has an extensive manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and difficult risk background. He has expertise with acquisition
and divestiture analysis, insurance program integration. He is a highly successful negotiator of integrated risk management
and insurance structures creating superior coverage, pricing and claims management.
Mr. Woodburn's prior employment includes Fisher Scientific International, Avery Dennison, Raytheon, Home Insurance,
and Radio Shack.
Mr. Woodburn earned his B.A. from Syracuse University, operations and finance M.B.A. from Northeastern University and
Associate in Risk Management designation. He is also director of the New Hampshire Society for the Prevention of Cruelty
to Animals, secretary of the Executive Council, and Board of Trustee Member.
Rob Holt, Vice President and Account Executive
Mr. Holt has 15 years of experience in risk management and commercial insurance with an extensive background in
recreation, habitation, and commercial real estate. He is the former vice president, director of marketing for
Willis of New Hampshire, Inc. and he is currently completing his final course work to obtain both his Chartered
Property and Casualty Underwriter designation and Associates in Risk Management.
Mr Holt earned his B.A. degree in political science from Plymouth State University, with a minor in economics.
He also received the Van A. Hartman award for Outstanding Male Senior at PSU. Mr. Holt is active in his community
serving as a volunteer firefighter and an emergency medical technician (EMT).
Jill Johnstone, Assistant Vice President and Account Executive
Ms. Johnstone leads the personal lines services department at DataRisk, specializing in executive insurance
program placements. Licensed by the State of New Hampshire as a property and casualty insurance producer since
2005, she is also part of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) program. With her enthusiasm,
drive, and exemplary service, Ms. Johnstone is well versed in assisting both Personal and Commercial clients
with risk analysis, insurance coverage review, policy language negotiation, and claims handling.
Before joining DataRisk in 2004, Ms. Johnstone spent 15 years in customer relations, beginning her professional
career as a manager for a Lake Winnipesaukee resort. She then moved to Citizens Bank as Supervisor of in-store
branches and also supported sales and marketing efforts for Lilly Software Associates.
